"Phorm is far and away one of the best (perhaps the best) generic form processor I've come across. I've worked with dozens. After meeting up with Phorm a couple of years ago, I have never looked back at any other form engine. The program is limited only to imagination (PHP skills not required but to implement some, very basic stuff with help from the author as well as PHP sites).

"The flexibility is terrific and the more flexible a program, the more complex it first seems. After getting over that hump, it's a veritable joy to work with. I've created custom forms that would cost plenty to outsource (and have enjoyed the benefit of nice bonus checks at work for the effort). One of my favorite uses is creating forms with fully formatted preview (html multi column and or tables).

"Another favorite is the multi email capability because it lets me create different reports for different people receiving the form data. Cost estimate to hire out for the same set of forms, $6,000 low end bid. Phorm, $10. (And I received a *fat* xmas bonus for doing it myself while saving the company the money.) Cost to modify outsourced forms, $90 to $200 per hour. Phorm, $zero. I do it myself (and continue to enjoy those xmas bonuses)."
