If the purpose of your form is solely to provide information to the visitor, and none of
the form information will be emailed to you or logged in any way, you need to set the
variable $PHORM_INFONLY to true in your config file:
$PHORM_INFONLY = true;
When Phorm is finished processing, it checks to see whether any of the methods of getting
the data to you (email or logging) succeeded. If none of them did, it generates an error
telling the visitor the data was not sent. The purpose of the $PHORM_INFONLY variable is to avoid this error message if you have
chosen not to record the data, for example on a confirmation page.
